TILTRAK may be recess, ceiling or face mounted and may also be installed on a gradient of up to 20o. The system caters for slatholder widths of 89mm or 127mm (other widths by arrangement). Standard slatholders (light gap of 14mm) and low-profile slatholders (light gap of 6mm) are available
Multiple draw options are possible...
Left-stacking, right-stacking, side-stacking, centre-stacking, multiple-stacking and asymmetrical stacking options (to cater for obstructions such as air conditioning units) are all easily achievable, without the need for complicated assembly or installation procedures.
|'Lazy Runners' are eliminated...
With TILTRAK it is impossible to get a louvre which stands still while the rest of the blind rotates, due yo the ingenious design of the runner.
Far more cost effective...
The elegant headrail saves up to 30% in the cost of aluminium.
It's much quieter and smoother...
You can hear and feel the difference when opening and closing a TILTRAK blind due to the system's special linking arrangement
|It always closes properly...
You never get light gaps with TILTRAK as it is designed to rotate louvres through more than 180o.
Uniform louvre spacing...
Colour coded links with variable overlap options facilitate uniform spacing, regardless of the width of the blind. This eliminates the need for metal links.
Optional tilting mechanisms...
With the narrower System 1000, an elegant tiltcord and tassel combination makes it obvious which cord to pull to open or close the blind. With the wider System 2000, a chain driven reduction tilting mechanism is used.
Left or right-hand control options...
Operating mechanisms can be positioned on either end of the blind for any of the draw options.
|NO OTHER VERTICAL BLIND SYSTEM CAN OFFER THIS COMBINATION OF BENEFITS.|
Vertical blind system to be TILTRAK, consisting of anodised or powder-coated aluminium headrail either 27.6mm wide x 26.7mm high for the narrow track system, or 44.8mm wide x 26.5mm high for the wide track system, fitted with wheeled runners, connectd by either grey, blue, orange, green or red acetal spacer links. The colour of the link to be used depends on the length of the aluminium headrail (i.e. only one colour will optimise the louvre spacing); and the width of the slatholder (either 89mm or 127mm).
Individual runners are to be self aligning, with curvedrack gaer profile which is driven directly by the aluminium tiltrod. The runners clutch mechanism must prevent over-rotation of runner hooks. However, these hooks must be capable of at least 180o rotation.
Runner hooks must be capable of being removed from the runner housing (to facilitate replacement) without dismantling the vertical blind. The rotation of the runner hooks to be controlled by either a polyester tiltcord or a ball chain mechanism.
Material vanes are to be interconnected at the bottom with a plastic bead chain with evenly spaced clips which connect the ballast weights. The chain must slip onto the ballast weight.
